If you are unable to do an on-line payment, discuss your options as payment can be made in cash prior to your appointment.

Rescheduling or cancelling your appointment requires 24 hours notice.
Anytime within 24 hours will incur a 50% non-refundable fee. 

If the appointment is cancelled within 4 hours of the appointment, the full fee is payable as there will be no time to fill this gap. 

If you reschedule your appointment the above information is still relevant.
Please be sure to give as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel. 

I will take your reason for cancellation into consideration and make adjustments to payment as I see fit.

If your appointment is on a Monday, I would appreciate communication 24 hours prior to the appointment time if you do not wish to pay the fee. 

A full non-attemdance fee applies - no refund will be given if you don't turn up.

I am unable to fill appointment slots at short notice

By making your appointment on time you are showing dedication to helping yourself and respecting both myself and your self as we work on your treatment needs.

Please note that Medicare and Healthcare rebates do NOT apply at this time and I have taken this into consideration with my fee stucture.

By booking an appointment you are agreeing to pay the full cost of your treament session. The deposit is simply to hold the time and date.

The deposit you pay is non-refundable, but can be transferred to a different day if something serious stops you from attending the session. 

This small deposit is an administration fee.
